Feet! I Heart Faces Week 28

This was a photo of my cousin's feet - she had her nails decorated for the 4th of July - Red with blue and white/silver stripes.   I tried to find something creative to do with the photo and in experimenting in Photoshop Elements 6.0, I found this 'glowing edges' effect and thought it looked pretty neat for 'feet'!  Almost looks like a chalk drawing and all it took was one little click!
